Concierge crate service · Santa Barbara & the Central Coast
Pack the whole house. Buy nothing.
We bring the crates, set them where you want them, and take the empties away when you're unpacked. Nothing to buy, nothing to assemble, nothing left in the driveway on Monday.
How It Runs
You never leave the house.
Two visits from us, a week of packing in between. There is no counter to visit and no supplies to shop for.
We deliver
Washed, numbered crates arrive in a two-hour window with a dolly and labels. Ask and we'll carry them in and set them down in the rooms they belong to.
You pack
Seven days, yours. Lids latch on their own and the crates stack square, so a loaded truck holds more than it would with boxes. Short on crates? Text us and more arrive the same day.
We collect
Say the word and we come to the new address for the empties. Stack them anywhere, don't bother wiping them out. Washing them is our end of the deal.

The Difference
One number. Someone who answers it.
Everywhere else, a stack lands on the driveway and you never hear from anyone again. Here you deal with the same person from the first call to the last empty crate — someone who already has your close date, your gate code, and knows the kitchen crates go in the kitchen.
- The same person from first call to last crate
- Carried inside and set down where they belong
- Out of crates at 4pm? More by dinner
- We talk to your movers and your agent so you don't have to
- Collected from wherever you land, not where you started
On the Central Coast a close date is a rough estimate. Tell us yours slipped and we'll shift the delivery, as often as it takes, at no charge and without a deposit hanging over it.
A closing gift your client uses for a week instead of setting on a shelf. Crates arrive under your name, the invoice comes to you, and repeat volume earns a standing rate. We carry certificates of insurance for buildings that ask.
Going home in December? Hang onto the crates and we'll come back for them once classes start again.
Why We Do This
Half the misery of moving is the packing, and most of that is self-inflicted by the cardboard.
We are a Santa Ynez Valley business, and we built this after watching too many neighbors spend a Saturday chasing boxes, then another Saturday getting rid of them. Crates fix both ends of that. They show up clean, they hold, and when you're done they leave with us.
"Nothing to buy. Nothing to throw out."

Things people ask
What areas do you serve?
Carpinteria north to Arroyo Grande, the whole Santa Ynez Valley, and Lompoc and Santa Maria. Delivery is free across all of it. Outside that line, call us — we can usually work something out for a larger job.
How long do I get the crates?
Seven days, and most people finish inside five. If you need more time it's $59 a week, and you can add it mid-rental — no need to decide up front.
What makes this a concierge service?
It means you deal with one person rather than a form. We'll carry crates inside and set them in the right rooms instead of leaving a pile on the driveway, we'll run more out the same day if you misjudged the count, and we'll handle scheduling directly with your movers or your agent.
What if my closing date moves?
Call or text and we'll move it. No fee, no limit on how many times. We don't take a deposit to hold your date precisely because dates around here don't hold.
Are the crates sanitized between uses?
Every crate gets washed and checked when it comes back, before it goes anywhere else. If one shows up looking rough, tell us and we'll swap it.
What happens if a crate is lost or damaged?
Every crate carries a number and we count them at both ends. If one goes missing or comes back broken there's a replacement charge, listed at checkout so it's never a surprise. Scuffs and scratches are just a crate doing its job — we don't charge for those.
Can I book same-day?
Two days' notice gets you the window you want. Less than that, call rather than book online — if a trailer is loaded and headed your direction we can often still make it happen.
